![]() No matter what changes I make the 32bit version runs but not the other. I have tried changing the compatibility settings and clicking "run as administrator". I have checked the properties for both and they're both the same. When I click the shortcut for the 64bit version nothing happens. When I click the shortcut for the 32bit version it starts right up. The configuration of the computer is, of course, the same for both. I have the 32bit version and the 64bit version. All customization is cleared when you reset the program.I have PaintShop Pro Ultimate 2018 installed on my Windows 7 Professional computer.
